Favorite fighters bugfix!

Fixed a bug making your favorite fighter list disapear on browserexit. The list will now be saved practically forever using cookies. If you built a list yesterday that has now disapeared—sorry.

The good news: The add to favorites button ( ) is now available in most fighterlists!
