Total Fight Challenge
The Total Fight Challenge is the premier Mixed Martial Arts event in the Chicagoland & NW Indiana area. The TFC has brought fighters in from around the U.S. and Canada to mix it up in the ring. Fighters from the Carlson Gracie Sr. Team, Team Miletich, Torres Martial Arts, Hackneys Martial Arts, Goytias Martial Arts, Straight Blast Gym, Gilbert Grappling, Curran Martial Arts, and many more compete in the Total Fight Challenge.
Superstar mixed martial fighters like Matt Hughes, (former UFC Welterweight Champion), Stephan Bonnar (Finalist of the Ultimate Fighter 1 Show ), Jason Chambers (Eddie Bravo brown belt/ reality TV star), Clay Guida (UFC fighter) and Miguel Angel Torres have all been or currently are TFC Champions.
This professional Mixed Martial Arts event is founded and promoted by Joe Goytia. Joe has been in and around combat sports and freestyle fighting events since its inception. Joe had started promoting MMA events in 1998 with the JKD Challenge which hosted future UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes first fight in mixed martial arts. Other popular fighters who have fought for Mr. Goytia's promotions in the past are: Gideon Ray, Jim Theobold, Adrian Serrano, Joey Gilbert and Keith Wisniewski to name a few. After years of making the best fights happen in Chicago, Joe created the Total Fight Challenge in 2004 and set its home in Hammond, Indiana. Now after six years promoting events in Indiana Joe Goytia brings the Total Fight Challenge into Chicago.
